The Change Readiness Audit is a survey that evaluates the level of organizational readiness for change. The audit will guide you through five sections, each covering critical success factors for effective change. Answer the questions and get feedback about each critical success factor. When you have completed all of the sections, you will also get feedback about your overall readiness for change.
The questions are quick and easy to answer – choose between just “yes”, “somewhat”, and “no” for each question. Within about 5 minutes, you will know how you are doing, as well as areas where you might need to beef up your plans to help people in your organization become ready, willing, and able to work in new ways.
